大数据背景下饲料企业财务管理的策略研究

摘　　要：提升饲料企业财务管理水平能够有效促进饲料企业控制成本、提升效能。当前我国饲料企业存在财务管理意识淡薄、生产关键环节财务管理措施不严格、缺乏财务管理体制等共性问题。这些问题严重制约了我国饲料企业的发展,在当前信息技术发展,大数据应用的背景下,可以采取强化财务管理意识、改善关键生产环节财务管理、构建科学的财务管理制度等措施。饲料企业财务管理策略的优化有助于加快饲料行业发展,实现行业的转型升级。To improve the financial management level of feed enterprises can effectively promote the cost control and efficiency of feed enterprises.At present,there are some common problems in China’s feed enterprises,such as weak awareness of financial management,lax financial management measures in key production links,and lack of financial management system.These problems have seriously restricted the development of China’s feed enterprises.Under the background of the current development of information technology and the application of big data,we can improve it by strengthening the awareness of financial management,improving the financial management measures of key production links,and building scientific financial management measures.The optimization of the financial management strategy of feed enterprises is helpful to accelerate the development of feed industry and realize the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
