摘　　要：新媒体时代的到来,给我国教育带来了翻天覆地的变化,同时也给高校教学管理工作的创新带来了优势和挑战。文章立足于此,阐述了新媒体时代的价值、特点,分析了新媒体时代给高校教学管理工作带来的机遇和挑战,进一步探究了新媒体时代下高校教学管理工作的创新途径。旨在通过文章的论述能够为新媒体时代下高校教学管理创新提供可行性方向,促进高校教学工作的进一步发展。The arrival of new media has brought earth-shaking changes to education in our country,and at the same time,it has brought advantages and challenges to the innovation of teaching management in colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper expounds the value and characteristics of the new media era,analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought to the teaching management in colleges and universities in the new media era,and further probes into the innovative ways of the teaching management in colleges and universities in the new media era.The purpose of this paper is to provide a feasible direction for the innovation of teaching management in colleges and universities in the new media era and to promote the further development of teaching work in colleges and universities.
