摘　　要：辅导员作为高校大学生思想政治教育工作的组织者与践行者,辅导员职业能力水平的高低严重影响高校思想政治教育质量的好坏和学生培养质量的高低。随着高校的扩招和社会大环境的变化,高校辅导员职业能力存在队伍不稳定、辅导员培训不规范和系统、辅导员考核制度不健全等困境,为适应教育与社会形势的变化,加强辅导员的思想道德教育,建立常态化的辅导员培训机制,完善辅导员考核制度是提升辅导员职业能力的必要路径。Counselors are the organizers and practitioners of ideological and political education for college students.The level of professional ability of counselors seriously affects the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the quality of students'training.With the expansion of colleges and universities and the changes in the social environment,the college counselors'professional ability is unstable,the counselor training is not standardized and the system,and the counselor's assessment system is not perfect.In order to adapt to the changes in education and social situation,strengthen counseling.The ideological and moral education of the staff,the establishment of a normalized counselor training mechanism;perfecting the counselor assessment system is the necessary path to improve the professional ability of the counselor.
