摘　　要：高职院校青年学生的入党动机属于在一个形成和可塑造的阶段,每一代人都有每一代人的长征路,高职院校要紧抓时代脉搏,不断端正青年学生入党动机,为新时代中国特色社会主义事业培养合格建设者和可靠接班人。Higher vocational college students'motivation of joining the Party is at a formative and shapable stage,and each generation has its own"long march".Higher vocational colleges shall keep pace with the times,constantly correct young students'motivation of joining the Party,and train qualified builders and reliable successors for the cause of socialismwith Chinese characteristics in the new era.
