摘　　要：研究生肿瘤分子生物学实验课程是理论课程的重要补充。为了培养研究生的科研思维和创新思维,提高学生分析问题、理解问题、解决问题的能力,满足当代研究生教育改革目标,我们对肿瘤分子生物学实验课程进行了教学内容、教学方法和考核方法方面的改革,增强了学生的主观能动性,使之正确理解并掌握肿瘤分子生物学的常规实验技能,提高教学质量,使学生成为高素质的综合人才。Practical course is an important supplement to the theoretical course in postgraduate molecular oncology.In order to cultivate postgraduates'scientific and innovative thinking,improve their abilities of analyzing,understanding and solving problems,and satisfy the goal of the postgraduate education reform,we have reformed the teaching content,teaching methods and assessment methods of the experimental course in molecular oncology.It increased the students'subjective initiative and made them understand and grasp the experimental skills of molecular oncology.The routine experimental skills of physics can improve the teaching quality and make students become high-quality comprehensive talents.
