摘　　要：通过对医学院校青年教师专业发展模式的分析,结合医学院校师资队伍建设的现状,提出了切实可行的青年教师专业发展模式及实施路径。随着我国高等医学教育规模的扩大,师资队伍结构发生了新的变化。青年教师是高校师资队伍的核心力量和主力军。有效把握青年医学教师的教育培训是深化教育改革、提高教育质量的首要任务,也是巩固和发展我国高等医学药学教育的重要保证。推进医学院校青年教师队伍建设,逐步实现青年教师专业知识、能力和专业素质的同步提高。Through the analysis of the medical colleges’ young teacher professional development model, combined with the medical college teacher troop construction present situation, put forward with young teachers practical work, with operation of professional development model and implementation path. With the expansion of the scale of higher medical education in China, the structure of teachers has also undergone a relatively new changes, the young teachers are teachers in Institutions of higher learning in the core strength and the main force, conscientiously do a good job of young teachers in medical professional education and training, is to deepen educational reform, improve the teaching in quality education, but also China’s higher medical and pharmaceutical education to consolidate and develop the guarantee. To promote the construction of young teachers in medical colleges and universities, and gradually realize the synchronization of young teachers’ professional knowledge, ability and professional quality.
