河北省某三甲医院临床医生岗位胜任力现况评价及分析

摘　　要：目的了解河北省某三甲医院临床医师岗位胜任力的现状。方法采用便利抽样对该院临床医师进行问卷调查。结果该医院临床医师岗位胜任力自我评价平均分值为4.124±0.595。8项能力自我评价分值从高到低依次是团队合作能力、临床基本能力、医患沟通能力、职业精神与素养、掌握与运用医学知识、基本公共卫生服务能力、信息与管理能力和科学研究能力。结论该医院的临床医生岗位胜任力现况评价大部分达到胜任力要求,总体情况较好,但存在各项能力发展不均的问题,不利于临床医生的全面发展,应以临床医师岗位胜任力为核心导向,更加有针对性地对临床医师进行岗位培养教育,全方位提升医师的岗位胜任力。Objective:To understand the current situation of position competency of a clinician in a hospital of Class A and Grade Three in Hebei province.Method:Convenience sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of clinicians in the hospital.Result:The average self-evaluation score of the position competency of clinicians in this hospital was 4.124±0.595.From high to low,the self-evaluation scores of the eight abilities were team cooperation,basic clinical ability,doctor-patient communication,professional spirit and accomplishment,mastery and application of medical knowledge,basic public health service,information and management and scientific research.Conclusion:In this hospital,most of the current evaluation of the position competency of clinicians meet the requirements,and the overall situation is good.However,the uneven development of various abilities is not conducive to the overall development of clinicians.It is necessary to take post competency of clinicians as core guidance,conduct more targeted post training and education for clinicians,and comprehensively improve post competency of physicians.
