摘  要:新中国成立70年来,我国研究生教育走过了从无到有、从弱到强、快速发展的辉煌历程。70年间,我国研究生教育与国家民族发展同呼吸、共命运,坚持服务国家战略,服务经济社会发展,坚持学习借鉴、融合创新,培养了一大批拔尖创新人才,为国家的建设与发展做出了巨大贡献。在新时代,我国研究生教育要以立德树人为根本、以理论研究为基础、以服务战略需求为导向、以提高培养质量为核心、以"双一流"建设为战略载体,加快研究生教育发展步伐,推进研究生教育强国建设。Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s postgraduate education has lived a glorious course and grown from scratch to rapid development,from small to large,and from weak to strong.For 70 years,China’s postgraduate education has shared the same breath and destiny with the national development,persisted in serving the national strategy,economic and social development,and adhered to learning other’s experience,integration,and innovation.As a result,it has cultivated a large number of top-notch innovative talent and contributed tremendously to the construction and development of China.In this paper,the authors suggest that in the new era,we should put moral education at the first place,and take the theoretical research as the foundation,the need of the national strategy as the guiding principle,the improvement of education quality as the core,and the"double first-class"construction as the strategic carrier in the postgraduate education so as to speed up its development in making China a strong country with postgraduate education.
