摘  要:高校教师职业伦理是高校教师在教育教学实践中应遵循的理论原则和道德规范的总和。高校教师职业的特点决定了教师职业伦理与其他职业伦理的差异性。时代呼唤教师职业伦理体系的构建。儒家伦理思想是我国传统文化积淀下来的瑰宝,发扬光大儒家伦理精华,赋予其时代特征,是构建高校教师职业伦理观的有效途径。The professional ethics of university teachers is the sum of the theoretical principles and moral norms that should be followed in the practice of education and teaching.The professional characteristics of university teachers determine the difference between the professional ethics of teachers and others.The times call for the construction of the teachers'professional ethic system.Confucian ethics is the treasure accumulated from the traditional culture of our country.It is an effective way to carry forward the essence of Confucian ethics and endow it with the characteristics of the times for construction of the professional ethic values of university teachers.
