诊改视角下高职铁路物流管理专业探索与实践

摘　　要：高职院校全面开展的教学诊断与改进工作是教育部推出的一项重点工作。基于此背景,以陕铁院铁路物流管理专业为例,分析人才培养模式、课程体系与教学改革、教学团队建设、实训条件建设、社会服务、教学管理能力提升六个方面存在问题,并进行诊改视角下铁路物流管理专业建设的探索与实践。The comprehensive teaching diagnosis and improvement in higher vocational colleges is a key work launched by the ministry of education.Based on this background,taking the railway logistics management major of Shaanxi Railway Institute as an example,the article analyzes the current construction situation in six aspects:personnel training mode,curriculum system and teaching reform,teaching team construction,training conditions construction,social services,and improvement of teaching management ability,and explores and practices the construction of railway logistics management major from the perspective of diagnosis and reform.
