摘　　要：目的:探究MR检查对于卵巢囊性病变的临床价值。方法:从来我院诊治的2016年1月-2018年12月的卵巢囊性病变患者中随机抽取44例,进行MR诊断,观察MR诊断卵巢囊性病变的临床价值。结果:本研究中有44例卵巢囊性病变的患者,具有卵巢性非赘生性囊肿20例,卵巢囊性肿瘤24例,有4例误诊,40例符合病例诊断。MRI诊断卵巢囊性病变的灵敏度为90.00%(18/20),特异度为91.67%(22/24),阳性预测值为90.00%(18/20),阴性预测值为91.67%(22/24)。MTI诊断卵巢囊性病变的准确率为90.91%(40/44)。结论:MR对卵巢囊性病变诊断具有高灵敏度、高特异度、高阳性预测值和高阴性预测值,诊断卵巢囊性病变的准确率高,可以为临床诊断提供可靠依据。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of MR examination for ovarian cystic lesions.Methods:Forty-four patients with ovarian cystic lesions from January 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected for MR diagnosis.The clinical value of MR diagnosis of ovarian cystic lesions was observed.Results:There were 44 patients with ovarian cystic lesions in this study,20 with ovarian non-neoplastic cysts,24 with ovarian cystic tumors,4 with misdiagnosis,and 40 with case diagnosis.The sensitivity of MRI in the diagnosis of ovarian cystic lesions was 90.00%(18/20),the specificity was 91.67%(22/24),the positive predictive value was 90.00%(18/20),and the negative predictive value was 91.67%(22/24).).The accuracy of MTI in the diagnosis of ovarian cystic lesions was 90.91%(40/44).Conclusion:MR has high sensitivity,high specificity,high positive predictive value and high negative predictive value for the diagnosis of ovarian cystic lesions.The accuracy of diagnosis of ovarian cystic lesions is high,which can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis.
