摘　　要："对分课堂"作为一种以教师为主导、以学生为主体、以创新为主线的教学模式,适应了新时代教学改革的新要求。在研究生思想政治理论课程中依据"对分课堂"的教学理念和教学设计,构建了"讲授+内化吸收+讨论+实践"四位一体的教学模式,实现了教学内容和考核机制的创新,使研究生的学习能力、组织能力、沟通能力、表达能力和思想政治素养都得到很大提升,对进一步深化研究生思想政治理论课的教学改革探索具有重要意义。PAD class is a kind of teaching model with teacher-led,student-centered and innovation-oriented,which meets the requirements of teaching reform and development in the new era.In postgraduates ideological and political theory course,according to the teaching concept and teaching design of"PAD class",built the teaching mode of"teaching+internalized absorption+discussion+practice",realized the innovation of teaching content and assessment mechanism,made the graduate students’organization ability,communication ability,expression ability and ideological and political accomplishment of graduate students have been greatly improved,which is of great significance to further deepen the exploration of the teaching reform of ideological and political theory course of graduate students.
