摘　　要：文章从教务管理人员的角度来浅析教务管理人员的现状以及民办高职院校教务管理人员中存在的问题出发,依据自身的教务工作实战经验,分别从一线工作者层面上和校级层面上浅谈做好民办高职教务管理人员的对策建议。The article analyzes the present situation of the educational administration and the problems existing in the educational administration of the private higher vocational colleges from the angle of the educational administration,and according to the actual experience of the educational administration,From the level of the first-line worker and the level of the school level,the paper discusses the countermeasure and suggestion of the administration of the private higher vocational education.
