改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术联合新型自制泪道引流管在复发性泪囊炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨复发性泪囊炎患者行改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术联合新型自制泪道引流管手术的注意事项、围手术期护理及临床疗效。方法:对2015年1月至2018年1月我院本院收治的行鼻腔泪囊吻合术失败的复发性泪囊炎患者5例((5眼))给予改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术联合新型自制泪道引流管治疗,对围手术期进行相应的处理,并回顾分析疗效。结果:术后随访1年,5例(5眼)中治愈4眼,好转1眼,治愈率为80%,有效率为100%。结论:采用改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术联合新型自制泪道引流管治疗复发性泪囊炎临床效果肯定,疗效满意。Objective To investigate the precautions,perioperative nursing and clinical efficacy of modified dacryocystorhinostomy combined with the new self-made lacrimal drainage tube in patients with recurrent dacryocystitis.Methods Five patients(5 eyes)with recurrent dacryocystitis who underwent nasal lacrimal sac anastomosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were given a modified nasal lacrimal sac anastomosis combined with a new homemade lacrimal drainage tube.The corresponding treatment was performed during the operation period,and the efficacy was analyzed retrospectively.Results After 1 year of follow-up,4 eyes were cured in 5 patients(5 eyes),1 eye improved,the cure rate was 80%,and the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The clinical effect of modified dacryocystorhinostomy combined with the new selfmade lacrimal drainage tube in the treatment of recurrent dacryocystitis is effective observed treatment effect.
