盐酸米诺环素软膏局部给药治疗牙周牙髓综合征的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨牙周牙髓综合征采取盐酸米诺环素软膏局部给药治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的60例牙周牙髓综合征患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组患者接受牙周基础治疗和根管治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,观察两组临床效果。结果观察组临床有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组牙松动度、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)及探诊后出血指数(BI)均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组细菌清除率明显高于对照组,耐药率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周牙髓综合征辅助使用盐酸米诺环素软膏进行治疗,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高细菌清除率,临床效果显著,且耐药性低。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of local administration of minocycline ointment in the treatment of periodontal pulp syndrome.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,our hospital of 60 patients with periodontal pulp syndrome,according to random number table they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group accepted basis of periodontal therapy and root canal therapy,observation group on the base of control group to send the minocycline ointment,observe clinical effect of two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the decrease of tooth loosing degree,periodontal pocket probing depth(PD),plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI)and bleeding index(BI)in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The bacterial clearance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the drug resistance rate was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical symptoms of patients with periodontal pulp syndrome can be effectively improved by using minocycline ointment as an auxiliary treatment,and the bacterial clearance rate can be improved.
