摘　　要：随着医疗保险的普及,住院患者中医保患者的比例越来越高。目前,医院的业务信息系统功能相对完善,但在与医保信息系统的融合性方面还存在一定问题,涉及医保报销的业务在方便、快捷方面与患者的需求还存在一定的差距。某院采用“一站式”服务的理念,深度融合业务系统和医保信息系统,在医保自助登记和结算方面进行了创新性的探索,减少了工作人员,提高了服务效率,缩短了患者等候的时间。该文分享了具体做法。With the popularization of medical insurance,the proportion of inpatients with TCM patients is getting higher and higher.At present,the function of the hospital's business information system is relatively perfect,but there are still some problems in the integration with the medical insurance information system.There is still a certain gap between the business of medical insurance reimbursement and the needs of patients in terms of convenience and speed.A hospital adopts the concept of“one-stop”service,deeply integrates business systems and medical insurance information systems,and conducts innovative explorations in medical insurance self-registration and settlement,reducing staff,improving service efficiency,and shortening patients'waiting time.The article shared speafic cooking.
