摘　　要：目的探讨“互联网+预防接种”在安阳市基层社区婴幼儿疫苗接种过程中的应用情况。方法选取2019年4月10日—6月10日在安阳市银杏社区和峨眉社区的卫生服务中心进行预防接种的0~3岁婴幼儿的家长,通过问卷调查和随机访谈的方法,了解“互联网+预防接种”的使用情况。结果使用率只有为31.7%;手机APP软件种类均为小豆苗;82.2%的使用者是通过社区卫生中心推广宣传得知;接种提醒功能关注率最高,达到92.4%;0~1岁组孩童的家长有86.2%至少每月会关注软件一次;在预防接种知识的知晓率及接种的及时率上,使用者与未用者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+预防接种”最大程度实现了预防健康管理及服务模式的优化,但仍存在相应的问题,需要不断更新和完善。Objective To explore the application of"Internet+Vaccination"in infant and child vaccination in the grassroots community of Anyang City.Methods Parents of infants and young children aged 0-3 years who were vaccinated at the Health Service Center of Yinxing Community and Emei Community in Anyang City from April 10,2019 to June 10,2019,were selected through questionnaires and random interviews.Use of"Internet+Vaccination".Results The usage rate was only 31.7%;the mobile APP software types were all small bean seedlings;82.2%of the users were informed by the community health center;the vaccination reminder function had the highest attention rate,reaching 92.4%;the 0-1 year old group children 86.2%of parents will pay attention to the software at least once a month;in the awareness rate of vaccination knowledge and the timely rate of vaccination,the difference between users and those who were not used was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion“Internet+Vaccination”maximizes the optimization of preventive health management and service models,but there are still corresponding problems that need to be constantly updated and improved.
