摘  要:魏晋南北朝时期连年的混战,促使民族迁徙非常频繁。各民族不同的饮食文化开始碰撞和交流,不仅增加了当时人们的饮食种类,提升了其饮食质量,还促进了各民族的文化趋同,增强了彼此的文化认同感,继而促进了民族融合,为后世的政治、经济发展提供坚实的基础。In the period of Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties,there were several years of fighting,which made the national migration very frequent.Different dietary cultures of different ethnic groups began to collide and communicate,which not only increased the food types and quality of the people at that time,but also promoted the cultural convergence of various ethnic groups,enhanced their cultural identity,and then promoted the ethnic integration,thus providing a solid foundation for the political and economic development of later generations.
