基于新心性心理学的心理健康教育课程重构

摘　　要：新心性心理学源于我国本土心性学说,倡导以提升人的心理生活质量为基本诉求,相较于西方心理学更具文化适用性和心理亲近性。基于新心性心理学,审视了当前心理健康教育课程在理论依据、文化要素和内容设置等方面的问题。新心性心理学视角下的心理健康教育课程,应以心理生活作为课程关注对象,以心理文化补齐课程文化要素,以课程内外资源建设优化心理环境,以心理生活质量观引导课程内容建构,以主体体证作为课程主要实施途径,以心理成长指导课程效果评价。New mind-nature psychology derives from native theory of mind in China.It advocates the basic appeal of promoting human mental quality of life.Compared with western psychology,new mind-nature psychology owns more cultural applicability and mental proximity.Based on new mind-nature psychology,this paper surveys the problems of psychological health education in theoretical basis,cultural element and content setting.The psychological health education course under the perspective of new mind-nature psychology should deem mental life as the object,supplement course culture elements with mental culture,construct and optimize the mental environment by internal and external resources of the course,guide course content construction by the view of mental quality of life,take subject features as the main implementation approach of the course,and guide course effect evaluation by mental growth.
