摘　　要：目的探讨血塞通注射液联合静脉溶栓治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者的治疗效果。方法我院收治的91例缺血性脑卒中患者,按随机数字表法分成联合组(血塞通注射液联合静脉溶栓治疗)46例和对照组(静脉溶栓治疗)45例。比较两组治疗前后血液动力学:大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、基底动脉(BA)的平均血流速度;神经功能:美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分;日常生活能力:Barthel指数(MBI)评价;比较两组治疗前后同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、神经元特异烯醇化酶(NSE)、血清蛋白(S-100β)的水平。结果治疗后联合组MCA、BA、ACA平均血流速度较对照组升高;NIHSS评分较对照组降低,MBI指数较对照组升高;Hcy、NSE、S-100β水平较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论血塞通注射液联合静脉溶栓治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果显著,可以改善血液动力学,保护神经功能,还可以提高生活自理能力。Objective To explore the curative effect of xue-sai-tong injection combined with intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Ninety-one patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into combination group(xue-sai-tong injection combined with intravenous thrombolysis,n=46)and control group(intravenous thrombolysis,n=45).The hemodynamics including mean flow velocity of middle cerebral artery(MCA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA)and basilar artery(BA)before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.The nerve functions before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.The deficits degree of nerve function in both groups was evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS).The daily living abilities in both groups were evaluated by Modified Barthel Index(MBI).The levels of homocysteine(Hcy),neurons specific enolase(NSE)and serum protein(S-100β)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,mean flow velocity of MCA,BA and ACA in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score of the combination group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while MBI was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of Hcy,NSE and S-100βin the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of xue-sai-tong injection combined with intravenous thrombolysis for ischemic stroke is significant.It can improve the hemodynamics,protect the nerve function,and improve the self-care ability of living.
