元胡止痛片联合强阿片类药物治疗肺癌术后中重度疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察元胡止痛片联合强阿片类药物治疗肺癌术后中重度疼痛的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2017年12月在我院接受肺癌手术并采用数字评估量表(NRS)法评估疼痛程度为中重度的患者100例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组口服给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,治疗组则在口服盐酸羟考酮缓释片的基础上,口服元胡止痛片,观察2组患者的临床疗效。结果2组镇痛效果相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组可减少滴定结束时所需要的盐酸羟考酮缓释片的剂量,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的恶心、呕吐及便秘的总发生率和Ⅱ度+Ⅲ度的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论元胡止痛片联合强阿片类药物在缓解肺癌术后中重度疼痛中镇痛效果显著且不良反应更少。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yuanhu Zhitong tablets combined with strong opioids in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe pain after lung cancer surgery.Methods Totally 100 patients who underwent lung cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 evaluated by digital assessment scale(NRS)for moderate to severe pain were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given oral OxyContin.The treatment group was given oral Yuanhu Zhitong tablets on the basis of oral administration.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in analgesic effect between two groups(P>0.05).The dose of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of nausea,vomiting and constipation,Ⅱ+Ⅲdegrees of the adverse reaction in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yuanhu Zhitong tablets and strong opioids has a certain analgesic effect in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe pain after lung cancer surgery.
