摘　　要：结合浙江省航空产业发展十三五规划,对无人机的知识产权作计量分析,在此基础之上构建浙江无人机发展的知识产权布局,并提出对策建议。This paper reviews the research related to unmanned aerial vehicle,combines with the 13th fiveyear plan for the development of aviation industry on Zhejiang province,and constructs the intellectual property layout and supporting countermeasures for the development of unmanned aerial vehicle in Zhejiang province based on the econometric analysis of the intellectual property of unmanned aerial vehicle.
