摘  要:随着电商行业的蓬勃发展,电动物流车在市场上需求越来越广泛。而整车控制器是电动物流车的指挥协调控制中心,论文以K60芯片作为控制器的核心,设计了其传感信号输入模块、CAN通信模块、输出驱动模块等硬件电路。控制器主要采集驾驶员操作等信号,与电机控制系统、蓄电池管理系统进行通信,使车辆按驾驶员的意图行驶,达到整车控制行驶的目的。最后利用信号发生器、以及外部输入模拟信号,模拟电动物流车整车控制器的输入,对所设计的各个电路和软件进行调试。实验结果表明整车控制器工作正常,满足电动物流车基本行驶控制功能。With the vigorous development of e-commerce industry,the demand of electric logistics vehicle is more and more extensive in the market.The vehicle controller is the command and coordination control center of the electric logistics vehicle.In this paper,the K60 chip is used as the core of the controller,and its hardware circuits such as sensor signal input module,CAN communication module,output driver module are designed.The controller mainly collects the driver's operation signal and other signals,communicates with the motor control system and battery management system by CAN bus,which make the vehicle run according to the driver's intention to achieve vehicle control.Finally,using signal generator and external input analog signal to simulate the input of the controller,and debug the designed circuits and software.The experimental results show that the controller works normally and meets the basic driving control function of electric logistics vehicle.
