摘 要:当前世界各国对高校德育都极为重视,在德育目标的设置上追求以人为本,德育内容兼顾政治、思想、道德、法律等各个领域,德育方法注重显、隐性教育并行互补,其中法制教育和心理健康教育颇有成效。中国高校德育面临目标单一笼统、内容固化滞后、方式方法缺乏张力等瓶颈,亟须改革改进。借鉴国外经验,高校可以通过调整德育目标、增补优化德育内容、改良创新德育手段等路径,引领德育体系构建、丰富德育内涵并提升德育实效。At present,all countries of the world attach great importance to moral education in colleges and universities.They pursue the people-oriented concept in the setting of moral education objectives,give consideration to the political,ideological,moral,legal and other fields of moral education,and lay great emphasis on the complementation of the obvious and implicit education.The legal education and mental health education are quite effective among all of the above.Moral education in colleges and universities in China is confronted with such bottlenecks as single and general goals,delayed and fixed content and lack of tension in methods.Learning from foreign experience,colleges and universities can guide the construction of system,enrich the connotation and improve the effectiveness of moral education by adjusting the goal,adding and optimizing the content and improving and innovating the means of moral education.
