腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗结直肠癌的临床效果及其对胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗结直肠癌的临床效果及其对胃肠功能的影响。方法将我院收治的56例结直肠癌患者根据数字抽签原理分为试验组与对照组,各28例。试验组给予腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗,对照组给予开腹术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果手术后,两组的胃泌素与胃动素水平均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的腹胀持续时间、肛门排气时间、开始进食时间与肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的术中出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗结直肠癌可有效促进患者胃肠功能的恢复,减少术中出血量,缩短其住院时间。Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical operation of colorectal cancer in the treatment of colorectal cancer and its influence on gastrointestinal function. Methods A total of 56 colorectal cancer patients admitted in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group according to the principle of digital lottery, with 28 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with laparoscopic radical operation of colorectal cancer, and the control group was treated with laparotomy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After operation, the levels of gastrin and motilin in the two groups increased, and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P <0.05). The duration of abdominal distention, times of anal exhaust, starting eating and bowel sound recovery in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05). The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic radical operation of colorectal cancer in the treatment of colorectal cancer can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and shorten the length of hospital stay of patients.
