摘　　要：目的探讨米氮平联合匹维溴胺治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的效果及对患者抑郁程度的影响。方法将82例IBS患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组使用匹维溴胺治疗,观察组使用米氮平联合匹维溴胺治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的临床症状积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米氮平联合匹维溴胺治疗IBS效果显著,可以降低患者临床症状积分和抑郁程度,且不良反应发生率低。Objective To investigate the effect of mirtazapine combined with pinaverium bromide on irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) and its influence on the degree of depression of patients. Methods Eighty-two patients with IBS were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mirtazapine, and the observation group was treated with mirtazapine combined with pinaverium bromide. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the clinical symptom scores in both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Mirtazapine combined with pinaverium bromide has a significant effect in the treatment of IBS, which can reduce the score of clinical symptoms and the degree of depression, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
