摘 要:目的研究食物不耐受与体质指数(BMI)及血脂水平的关系。方法选取2017年7月至2019年6月在新乡医学院第三附属医院健康体检中心进行食物不耐受检测者258例,其中食物不耐受阳性者161例,阴性者97例,研究BMI与食物不耐受之间的关系。再从我院门诊体检人群中选取食物不耐受阴性对照组人群161例,检测并比较阳性组和对照组的血脂水平。结果 258例受检者的食物不耐受阳性率为62.40%。不同类别BMI受检者的食物不耐受阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);偏瘦人群(BMI<18.5 kg/m^2)的食物不耐受阳性率最高,其次为正常人群(BMI 18.5~<24.0 kg/m^2),肥胖人群(BMI≥28.0 kg/m^2)的食物不耐受阳性率最低。食物不耐受阳性者和对照组的TG、TC、LDL-C水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康体检人群食物不耐受阳性率较高,BMI越低,阳性率越高;血脂水平偏低者,食物不耐受阳性率较高。Objective To study the relationship between food intolerance and body mass index(BMI) and blood lipid levels. Methods From July 2017 to June 2019, 258 patients undergoing food intolerance testing in the health examination center of the Third affiliated hospital of Xinxiang medical college were selected, among which 161 were food intolerance positive and 97 were negative. The relationship between BMI and food intolerance was studied. Then 161 cases of the control group with negative food intolerance were selected from the out-patient physical examination in our hospital, and the blood lipid levels of the positive group and the control group were detected and compared. Results The positive rate of food intolerance in 258 objects was 62.40%. There was significant difference in the positive rate of food intolerance among different BMI objects(P<0.05);the positive rate of food intolerance was the highest in the lean group(BMI<18.5 kg/m^2),followed by the normal group(BMI 18.5~<24.0 kg/m^2), and the lowest in the obese group(BMI≥28.0 kg/m^2). There were significant differences in the levels of TG, TC and LDL-C between positive group of food intolerance and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The positive rate of food intolerance was higher in health examination people, and the lower BMI, the higher positive rate. The positive rate of food intolerance was higher in the lower level of blood lipid.
