摘 要:文章的目的就是探讨关于情景式模拟教学在急诊教学过程中对于相关医护人员的应用及其效果。方法主要就是随机抽取急诊科实习医护人员70名,再将其随机分为实验组和对照组,把35个人作为一个分组。实验组采取情景式模拟教学,对照组采用传统的授课方式。在讲授以及实习结束之后进行闭卷知识的测试,反馈出学习的情况,可以使我们得出结论:情景教学对提高学员的各项能力是非常有帮助的,可以使教学效果得到改善,是导师进行有效教学的有效途径。The application of situational simulation teaching in emergency teaching:The purpose of this paper is to explore the application and effect of situational simulation teaching in emergency teaching for relevant medical staff.Methods 70 medical practitioners in emergency department were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group.35 medical practitioners were divided into two groups.The experimental group was taught by situational simulation,while the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods.After the lecture and the internship,the closed-book knowledge was tested and the learning situation was feedback.We can draw a conclusion that situational teaching is very helpful to improve students'abilities,can improve the teaching effect,and is an effective way for teachers to carry out effective teaching.
