摘　　要：《旅游政策与法规》课作为高职旅游管理、酒店管理、旅游英语专业的必修课,是一门理论性、思辨性和实践性都很强的学科,在实际教学中,运用案例教学法讲授《旅游政策与法规》,有利于提高学生的理解、辨别和运用法律、法规的能力。文章试从案例教学法的渊源、基本特征和具体使用措施着手,具体研究案例教学法在高职《旅游政策与法规》专业课教学中的运用问题。As a compulsory course for tourism management,hotel management and tourism English majors in higher vocational colleges,the course of"TourismPolicy and Regulations"is a subject with strong theoretical,speculative and practical nature.In practical teaching,teaching"Tourism Policy and Regulations"by case teaching method is conducive to improving students'ability to understand,distinguish and apply laws and regulations.This paper tries to start with the origin,basic characteristics and specific measures of case teaching method,and specifically studies the application of case teaching method in the teaching of tourism policy and regulations in higher vocational colleges.Application of case teaching method in basic law course.
