摘　　要：个性化教育是当前高等教育亟待解决的问题,只有对高等院校个性化教育的现状有所了解,才能够更好地开展个性化教育。笔者从理论研究和实践研究两个方面阐述了我国高等院校个性化教育研究的现状,其中理论研究包含了个性化教育内涵、体系和策略的研究;实践研究包括了个性化教育在课堂中的实践研究和对教师个性化教育素质的实践研究。最后展望了我国高等院校个性化教育的趋势。Personalized education is a problem to be solved urgently in current higher education.Only by knowing the status quo of personalized education in colleges and universities can we better develop personalized education.The writers expound the current status of personalized education research in Chinese colleges and universities from theoretical and practical research.The theoretical research includes the research of the content,system,and strategy of personalized education;the practical research includes the practical research of personalized education in class and the practical research of teachers'quality for personalized education.Finally,the trend of personalized education in Chinese colleges and universities is forecasted.
