2型糖尿病患者谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体水平与认知功能障碍的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GAD-Ab)水平与认知功能障碍之间的相关性。方法根据简易智力状态检查(MMSE)评分将2015年1月~2016年12月我院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者分为认知障碍组(A组,n=40)与非认知障碍组(B组,n=40),另选取40例健康体检者为对照组(C组)。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组外周血血清中GAD-Ab的水平。结果A组的GAD-Ab水平高于B、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组GAD-Ab水平与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组患者的MMSE评分与血清GAD-Ab水平成负相关(r=-0.966,P=0.00)。结论GAD-Ab的水平可作为2型糖尿病患者认知功能障碍预测、早期诊断、早期治疗的标志之一,对减少认知功能障碍的患病概率有指导意义。Objective To investigate the correlation between glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody(GAD-Ab)level and cognitive dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were divided into cognitive impairment group(group A,n=40)and non-cognitive impairment group(group B,n=40)and another 40 healthy subjects as control group(group C)according to MMSE score.The levels of GAD-Ab in peripheral blood serum of each group were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The GAD-Ab level in group A was higher than that in group B and group C,with significant differences(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in GAD-Ab level between group B and group C(P>0.05).MMSE scores of patients in group A were negatively correlated with serum GAD-Ab levels(r=-0.966,P=0.00).Conclusion The level of GAD-Ab can be used as one of the markers of cognitive dysfunction prediction,early diagnosis and early treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and has guiding significance for reducing the incidence rate of cognitive dysfunction.
