摘　　要：新时代背景下,基于OBE教育理念思潮凝练出了"以生为本"的高校学籍管理工作理念,为高校教育质量提供了保障。不断以事务服务为立足点,强化过程约束,挖掘内在激励机制,实现以服务为基础,约束和激励联合制动的管理理念,转化服务模式。做好常规服务,履行管理职责,以学业警示预防学生学业风险,以激励为核心,不断强化优良的学风建设。在新的高校学籍管理理念下,确保学籍数据,聚焦学业风险,不断优化以学生为主体的高校学籍管理模式。Under the background of the new era,the idea of "student-oriented" management of students’ status in colleges and universities has been congealed out on the basis of the trend of thought of OBE education concept,which provides guarantee for the quality of education in colleges and universities.Taking the service of things as the foothold,strengthening the process constraint,excavating the internal incentive mechanism,realizing the management idea of the service-based,restraint and incentive joint braking,and transforming the service mode.Do the routine service,fulfill the management duty,take the academic warning to prevent the student’s academic risk,take the encouragement as the core,continuously strengthen the fine study style construction.Under the new concept of student status management in colleges and universities,we should ensure the data of students’ status,focus on the academic risk,and continuously optimize the students as the main body.The management mode of student status in colleges and universities.
