浅析大数据思维方式在高校就业工作上的应用

摘　　要：文章从多维度对大数据思维方式的概念进行阐述,分析大数据思维方式的特点特征,剖析当前就业数据存在的一些问题后,根据大数据思维方式特征,提出了大数据思维方式在就业工作的数据收集、市场开拓、精准推荐、校友数据、就业平台搭建、为教育改革提供依据等方面的应用策略。Article from the concept of multidimensional data in the way of thinking and analysis the character of the mode of thinking and large data,analyzes some problems existing in the current employment data,according to the characters of big data mode of thinking,put forward the big data mode of thinking in the employment work of data collection,market development and accurate recommendations,alumni,employment data platform,provide the basis for education reform and so on the application of the strategy.
