摘 要:土木工程专业传统课堂教学及实践环节往往针对某单一专业技能的训练,理论与实践之间以及专业技能和能力之间的联系不够紧密,缺乏对专业人才综合素质系统性的训练。文章以组织开展的全国大学生结构设计竞赛为例,分析讨论通过方案设计、结构分析、模型制作、试验加载等环节实现对土木工程专业综合素质的培养。通过大学生结构设计竞赛的组织开展,学生不仅实现了对专业理论知识和专业技能的综合应用,同时也全方位系统地锻炼了学生的实践创新能力、团队协作意识以及职业素养。The traditional classroom teaching and practice of civil engineering majors are often aimed at the training of a single professional skill,and the relationship between theory and practice,as well as between professional skills and abilities,is not close enough.Lack of systematic training for the comprehensive quality of professional personnel.Taking the national college students’structural design competition organized as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses how to cultivate the comprehensive quality of civil engineering specialty through the links of scheme design,structural analysis,model making,test loading and so on.Through the organization and development of university students’structural design competition,the students have not only realized the comprehensive application of professional theoretical knowledge and professional skills,but also exercised their studies in an all-round and systematic way.
