摘　　要："机械制图测绘"是大学一年级学生学习"机械制图"后的实践教学环节。教学过程中为了反映过程装备与控制工程专业的特色,在机械制图测绘课程中选择了某些化工设备作为测绘对象开展教学活动。按照化工工艺流程的路线,要求绘制化工流程图、管路仪表流程图、化工设备施工图,使学生系统和全面地认识到化工设备在化工流程中的作用,掌握化工设备零件图和总装配图的绘制方法,获得了良好的教学效果。Mechanical drawing surveying and Mapping is a practical teaching link for freshmen after learning Mechanical drawing.In order to reflect the characteristics of the specialty of process equipment and control engineering in the course of teaching,some chemical equipments were selected as the objects of surveying and mapping in the course of mechanical drawing.According to the route of chemical process,it is required to draw chemical flow chart,pipeline instrument flow chart,chemical equipment construction drawing,so that students can realize the role of chemical equipment in chemical process systematically and comprehensively.Master the drawing method of part drawing and assembly drawing of chemical equipment,and get good teaching effect.
