摘　　要：文章以新工科背景下嘉兴学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业改革实践为例,探索了传统工科专业的升级改造方法,针对地方院校工科专业特色不强的问题,从人才培养模式、课程体系构建、校企合作模式等方面,分析了机械专业如何培养新工科复合型人才,为嘉兴学院的新工科建设和人才培养提供了案例。Taking the reform practice of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation in Jiaxing University as an example,this paper explores the upgrading and transformation methods of traditional engineering major.Aiming at the problem of weak characteristics of engineering major in local universities,this paper analyses how to train new engineering talents for Jiaxing University from the aspects of personnel training mode,curriculum system construction,school-enterprise cooperation mode and so on.The new engineering construction and talent cultivation of our institute provide a case study.
