摘 要:首先对干洗机滚筒的悬浮系统三维模型进行简化,然后导入ADAMS建立滚筒悬浮系统虚拟样机,模拟干洗机滚筒在不同转速及偏心质量的工况条件,以筒体振幅为测量对象,仿真分析干洗机滚筒悬浮系统在水平方向、垂直方向及沿滚筒轴向的振动特性与振动机理。通过对4种类型偏心质量分布下滚筒最大振幅的比较,发现偏心质量的分布位置也是影响悬浮系统振动特性的主要因素,同时分析出了最为恶劣的工况,也是优化设计时选择的最佳工况。研究结果对新型干洗机的设计开发具有重要的理论价值和工程指导意义。Firstly, this paper simplifies the three-dimensional model of the suspension system of the drum of the dry cleaning machine, then imports ADAMS to build a virtual prototype of the drum suspension system, simulates the working conditions of the drum of the dry cleaning machine at different rotational speeds and eccentric mass, and takes the drum amplitude as the measurement object, simulates and analyses the vibration characteristics of the drum suspension system of the dry cleaning machine in horizontal direction, vertical direction and along the drum axis and the vibration machine.Li. By comparing the maximum amplitude of the drum under four types of eccentric mass distribution, the location of eccentric mass distribution is also the main factor affecting the vibration characteristics of the suspension system. At the same time, the worst working conditions are analyzed and the optimum working conditions are also obtained. The research results of this paper have important theoretical value and engineering guiding significance for the design and development of new dry cleaning machine.
