医养结合护理专业人才核心能力评价指标体系的构建及信效度检验

摘　　要：[目的]构建医养结合护理专业人才核心能力评价指标体系并检验其信效度。[方法]通过文献分析法、半结构质性访谈法初步构建出指标体系条目池,经过德尔菲专家咨询法、预调查、正式调查最终确定量表。[结果]量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.972,分半信度为0.842,重测信度为0.894;内容效度指数(S CVI/Ave)为0.91;最终形成包含养老护理能力、专业人文特质、临床护理能力、沟通协调能力、教育指导能力、创造性能力、专业认同及发展能力7个维度、16个二级指标、65个条目的量表;7个公因子方差累积贡献率达63.503%;通过临界值法进行项目分析,高分组与低分组组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);量表各维度与总量表的相关系数为0.503~0.878(P<0.01),量表各维度间的相关系数为0.167~0.746(P<0.01)。[结论]量表具有良好的信效度,可为医养结合护理专业人才的培养、考核及评价提供依据。Objective:To construct an evaluation index system for the core competence of medical nursing combined nursing professional and test its reliability and validity.Methods:The evaluation index system was preliminarily constructed by literature analysis and semi structural interview.After Delphi expert consultation,pre investigation,formal investigation,the scale was finally determined.Results:The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.972,the split half reliability was 0.842,The retest reliability was 0.894.The content validity index(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.91.The scale consisted of seven dimensions,which were elderly nursing ability,professional humanistic characteristics,clinical nursing ability,communication and coordination ability,educational guidance ability,creative ability,professional identity and development ability,16 secondary indexes and 65 items.The cumulative contribution rate of seven variances was 63.503%.And project analysis using critical value method showed that the difference between the high score group and the low group was statistically significant(P<0.01).The correlation coefficients among each dimension of the scale and the whole scale was ranged from 0.503 to 0.878(P<0.01).And the correlation coefficients among each dimension of the scale was from 0.167 to 0.746(P<0.01).Conclusion:The scale has a good reliability and validity,which can provide a basis for training,assessment and evaluation of medical nursing combined professionals.
