摘  要:营养不良是胃癌的常见并发症,胃癌不同治疗阶段的患者均可发生营养不良,其发生机制多样,包括代谢需求增加,营养摄入不足及营养丢失增加。伴有营养不良的胃癌患者在接受抗肿瘤治疗时并发症发生率和病死率显著增加。因此,识别此类患者并给予与其治疗计划相配合的营养治疗方案是胃癌患者多学科治疗的重要组成部分。本文就胃癌患者不同治疗阶段伴有的营养不良及其治疗进行综述。Malnutrition is a common complication of gastric cancer.Patients with gastric cancer at different stages of treatment can suffer from malnutrition,and its mechanisms are diverse,including increased metabolic needs,insufficient nutritional intake and increased nutritional loss.The incidence of complications and mortality of gastric cancer patients with malnutrition were significantly increased when receiving antitumor therapy.Therefore,identifying such patients and giving them a nutritional treatment plan that is compatible with their treatment plan is an important part of multidisciplinary treatment for patients with gastric cancer.This article reviews the malnutrition and it's treatment in patients of gastric cancer at different stages of treatment.
