摘　　要：我国是胃癌高发国家之一,胃癌的发病率和病死率在我国恶性肿瘤中均居前三。目前,胃癌的治疗是以手术为主的综合治疗。腹腔镜胃癌根治术应用于临床20余年,手术指征由早期胃癌扩大到进展期胃癌,全腹腔镜消化道重建技术亦日趋成熟,机器人手术应用增多,但仍有难点、争议和困惑,本文就此展开回顾与展望。China is one of the countries with high incidence of gastric cancer.The incidence and mortality of gastric cancer are among the top three in the ranking of malignant tumors in China.At present,the treatment of gastric cancer is comprehensive therapy which is mainly based on surgery.Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy has been used in clinical for more than 20 years.The indications for surgery have expanded from early gastric cancer to advanced gastric cancer.The technique of total laparoscopic digestive tract reconstruction is also becoming more mature,and robotic surgery is increasing,but there are still difficulties,controversies and confusions.This article reviews and looks forward to this.
