摘　　要：通过将往复机改为机器人,将低固含涂料换成高固含涂料并改善配套的清漆,对传统的溶剂型3C2B(三涂两烘)涂装线进行环保改造,使VOCs(挥发性有机物)排放达到≤40 g/m^2的要求。A series of renovations was carried out for a conventional solvent-based 3C2B(3-coat-2-bake)painting line underwent,including the replacement of reciprocating machines with robots,the application of a high-solid-content paint instead of the low-solid-content one,and the improvement in overcoatability of varnish.The emission of VOCs met the requirement of≤40 g/m^2 consequently.
