依托地方产业的特色专业毕业生就业创业质量多维度调研与分析——以揭阳职业技术学院宝玉石鉴定与加工专业为例

摘　　要：以就业率和就业质量作为毕业生就业情况指标,以依托地方产业的宝玉石鉴定与加工专业为研究对象,开展特色专业毕业生就业创业质量多维度调研,调研对象包括就业和创业毕业生、用人单位、毕业生家长。多维度调研结果显示揭阳职业技术学院宝玉石鉴定与加工专业毕业生就业率、就业质量高,创业效果好。调研、分析该专业就业情况好的原因,该专业高职人才培养紧紧围绕地方特色产业人才需求,充分利用地方特色产业人才、企业、行业协会、行业信息等资源,整合、共享各方资源,实施现代学徒制、订单班等教学模式改革,使得该专业毕业生专业知识与技能扎实、综合素质高、与行业人才需求高度吻合。Taking employment rate and entrepreneurship quality as employment rate employment indicators for graduates, and Gem and jade identification and processing major as research objects, this paper study focus on quality of graduate employment and entrepreneurship multidimensionally. The objects of study includes graduates, employer and graduates’ parents. The result of multidimensional research showed that the graduate employment rate and entrepreneurship quality of gem and jade identification and processing major in Jieyang Polytechnic high, and entrepreneurship works is well. This paper also analyzed the reason behind the situation. The talent cultivation of this major closely focuses on the needs of local characteristic industry talents, makes full use of local characteristic industry talents, enterprises, industry associations, industry information and other resources, integrates and shares various resources, implements modern apprenticeship system, order class and other teaching model reforms, so that the professional knowledge and skills of graduates of this major are solid, comprehensive quality is high, and highly consistent with the needs of industry talents.
