高职扩招背景下对“建筑业农民工上高职”的调研分析与思考

摘　　要：通过对建筑业农民工的基本情况、上高职意愿、行业对农民工的培养需求等问题的调研,分析高职大规模扩招背景下建筑业农民工上高职的预期、现阶段存在的问题以及高职教育对其培养的定位,并提出针对性的对策建议。Through the investigation on the basic situation,the willingness of entering college,and the training needs of migrant workers in the construction industry,this paper analyzes the expectations,current problems and the orientation of college education basd on the background of large-scale enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges.Besides,some targeted countermeasures and suggestions are provided,in order to give data support for the decision-making of government,enterprises and higher vocational colleges.
