中国提升校园足球发展质量主要问题分析

摘　　要：提升校园足球发展质量,是推动校园足球可持续发展的必由之路。但当前校园足球的制度和政策落实不到位,城乡之间校园足球发展不平衡,教学训练和师资队伍建设力度不够,校园足球竞赛体系及其文化建设不完善,校园足球发展经费和场地设施不足,这些一直制约校园足球发展质量的提升。因此,以问题为导向,校园足球应该完善推广体制机制,加强全程化监督与管理;让校园足球回归教育,重在普及和平衡发展;加强校园足球师资队伍建设,不断提高足球教学训练质量;完善校园足球竞赛体系,培育健康的校园足球文化;多元化整合资源配置,拓宽校园足球发展空间,不断推动校园足球发展质量逐步提升。There are many factors which restrict the improvement of the development quality of campus football in China.For example,the current system and policy of campus football are not in place.The development of campus football is not balanced between urban and rural areas.The teaching and training and the construction of teaching staff are not adequate.The campus football competition system and its cultural construction are not perfect.In addition,the development funds and facilities for campus football are insufficient.Suggestions are made:improving the system and mechanism of campus football promotion,strengthening the whole process of supervision and administration,pushing campus football back to education,focusing on popularization and balanced development,strengthening the construction of campus football teaching staff,improving the quality of football teaching and training constantly,perfecting the system of campus football competition,cultivating a healthy campus football culture,integrating the resource allocation of campus football,and broadening the development space of campus football so as to promote the development quality of campus football continuously.
