老年低位直肠癌行根治性放疗同步化疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察老年低位直肠癌患者接受动态容积调强放疗同步卡培他滨化疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年4月~2019年2月在我院接受治疗的老年低位直肠癌患者60例为对象,所有患者均病理证实为直肠癌,随机将其分为研究组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),对照组接受序贯放疗,研究组患者接受VMAT同步卡培他滨化疗,对比两组临床治疗疗效及其并发症发生情况。结果研究组与对照组治疗总有效率依次为86.7%、60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗时间短于对照组,且研究组并发症发生率(6.67%)明显低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用VMAT同步卡培他滨化疗治疗老年低位直肠癌效果明显,能有效提升患者近期疗效,且不良反应少。Objective To observe the clinical effect of dynamic volumetric modulated arc therapy(VMAT)concurrent with capecitabine chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly patients with low rectal cancer.Methods The elderly patients with low rectal cancer who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled(60 patients).All the patients were confirmed with rectal cancer by pathology and randomly divided into the study groups(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with sequential radiotherapy and the study group was treated with VMAT concurrent with capecitabine chemotherapy.The clinical treatment efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group and the control group was 86.7%and 60.0%,respectively,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the complication rate of the study group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.00%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of VMAT concurrent with capecitabine chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly patients with low rectal cancer is effective,can effectively improve the short-term efficacy of patients,and has few adverse reactions.
