摘　　要：抑郁症的认知功能损害表现在执行功能、记忆力、注意力和心理加工速度等方面。本文从生理、心理和社会,积极和消极因素两个角度综述了年龄及首次发病年龄、认知偏差、情绪认知、孤独感、社会支持、病程与发作次数、病情严重程度、疾病伴随症状、药物、运动以及物理因素等对抑郁症患者认知功能损害的影响。通过对抑郁症患者认知功能损害及其影响因素的探讨,为抑郁症的识别、预防和治疗提供帮助。The cognitive impairment of depression is manifested in the implementation of function,memory,attention and psychological processing speed.This article reviews the influence of age and first onset age,cognitive bias,emotional cognition,loneliness,social support,duration of illness and number of episodes,severity of illness,symptoms associated with the disease,drugs,exercise,and physical factors on cognitive impairment in patients with depression from the physical,psychological and social in positive and negative aspects.Through the discussion of cognitive impairment and its influencing factors in patients with depression,it helps to identify,prevent and treat depression.
