摘 要:目的探讨感染科护理人员心理健康状况及干预措施。方法南昌地区以整群抽样法抽取2019年1~6月感染科180例护理人员为观察组,另抽取非感染科护理人员180例为对照组,以SAS、SDS评分法调查两组护理人员心理健康状况,分析影响观察组护理人员心理健康的具体因素,并制定相关干预措施。结果干预前观察组患者SAS、SDS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组SAS评分、SDS评分低于同组干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响因素分析得知,职业暴露、婚姻状况、经济收入、是否在编、生育情况严重影响感染科护士的心理健康。后经干预措施制定与落实,可见观察组护理人员SAS评分显著低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析可知,职业暴露、婚姻状况、生育情况、经济收入、是否在编与感染科护理人员心理健康存在显著相关性。结论感染科护理人员心理健康显著低于非感染科。为感染科护理人员行本文干预措施可有效提升护理人员心理健康指数,消减感染科护理人员焦虑情绪。Objective To explore the mental health status and intervention measures of nursing staff in infection department.Methods In Nanchang area,180 nurses from infectious department and 180 nurses from non-infectious department were selected from cluster sampling method from January to June 2019 were selected as control group.SAS and SDS score methods were used to investigate the mental health status of the two groups of nurses,the specific factors affecting the mental health of nursing staff in observation group were analyzed,and relevant intervention measures were formulated.Results The SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the same group before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The analysis of influencing factors showed that occupational exposure,marital status,economic income,employment status,and reproductive status seriously affect the mental health of nurses in the infectious department.After the intervention measures were formulated and implemented,it can be seen that the SAS score of nursing staff in the observation group was significantly lower than that before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that occupational exposure,marital status,reproductive status,economic income,and whether they were in employment were significantly correlated with the mental health of nursing staff in infection department.Conclusion The mental health of nurses in infectious department is significantly lower than that in non-infectious department.The intervention measures in this paper can effectively improve the mental health index of nursing staff and reduce the anxiety of nursing staff in infection department.
