高职院校应对“百万扩招”的措施研究

摘　　要：面对扩招的众多非传统生源,国家政策给出了宏观上的指导性意见,站在微观角度,高职院校可从“针对性开拓生源招生与宣传渠道,抢占非传统生源蓝海”,”单招单考+申请制+企业家推荐制”别具一格招生源,“宽进严出”保质量,顺应政策配专业指标,积极探索与实施“一校多制”的多元教育模式等方面采取积极应对措施。Faced with the numerous non-traditional sources of enrollment expansion,the national policy gives macro-directive opinions.From the micro-point of view,higher vocational colleges can carry out a series multiple educational patterns to give responses positively,such as"opening up the channels of enrollment and publicity"to occupy the non-traditional sources of students,"single entrance examination+application system+entrepreneur recommendation system"as a unique source of enrollment,"wide access and strict exit"to ensure quality and comply with policies and match professional indicators,and"one school,multi-system"to prepare for future employment.
