中医药联合射波刀治疗原发性肝癌的经验评述

摘　　要：原发性肝癌放射治疗所引起的不良反应越来越受到人们的关注,如激发肝炎、加重肝硬化、远期疗效不佳等。西医对这些不良反应多采用加强抗病毒治疗、糖皮质激素减轻炎症水肿等方法,但疗效并不理想。本文评述中医药联合射波刀立体定向放疗治疗原发性肝癌,探讨两者在原发性肝癌治疗中的协同效应以及中医药的作用。The radiotherapy for liver cancer has the adverse effects of activating hepatitis,aggravation of liver cirrhosis,and unsatisfactory long-term effect,which has attracted the attention of the researchers.In the field of western medicine,most of the adverse reactions were treated by reinforcing antiviral therapy and reducing inflammatory edema with glucocorticoid,but the effect was not so good.In this paper,the synergistic effect of Chinese medicine combined with Cyberknife stereotactic radiotherapy as well as the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine for primary liver cancer was reviewed.
