摘 要:目的观察马齿苋对实验性人肝癌细胞肺转移裸鼠模型的血液组织代谢的影响。方法通过构建人肝癌细胞裸鼠的肺转移瘤模型,观察马齿苋对转移性肝癌裸鼠的抑瘤效果及血液代谢组学的影响。结果马齿苋能够抑制实验性人肝癌细胞裸鼠的肺内转移瘤生长,其发挥作用的机制与调节血液组织的氨基酸类、脂肪酸类、有机酸类代谢产物的表达有关。结论马齿苋可以通过调节肝癌动物血液氨基酸类、脂肪酸类、有机酸物质相关的体内代谢发挥抑制肝癌转移的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Herba Portulacae on the blood metabonomics in nude mice with experimental metastatic lung tumor derived from human hepatoma cells.Methods We established the nude mice model of metastatic lung tumor derived from human hepatoma cells,and then observed the effects of Herba Portulacae on the blood metabonomics in the nude mice model.Results Herba Portulacae can significantly inhibit the tumor growth of hepatoma cells in the lung of nude mice with experimental metastatic lung tumor derived from human.And the inhibitory mechanism may be related with the expression of metabolites of amino acids,fatty acids,and organic acids in the blood of nude mice model.Conclusion Herba Portulacae can inhibit the metastasis of hepatoma probably by regulating the metabolism of amino acids,fatty acids,and organic acids in the blood of the experimental animal.
